For more than 23 years, the Lord has used our service in pastoral ministry and missions to grow our hearts for helping global gospel missionaries and pastors flourish. Today, we are called to serve the more than 5.1 million frontline servants around the world who have given their lives to sharing the gospel.
Our mission is to help these men and women thrive—remaining spiritually grounded in Jesus and relationally connected with others. Through training, coaching, and debriefing, we come alongside missionaries and pastors so they can remain fruitful in gospel ministry and faithfully fulfill their calling.
Frontline ministry is deeply rewarding, but it is also challenging. The unique pressures and hardships of ministry can make it difficult to continue. In fact, three out of four global missionaries leave the field for reasons that are preventable. Together, we can change that.
