How to register…

REGISTRATION STARTS FEB. 1ST

  1. You must first create an account for your student/self on the Super Summer website. [Link below]
  2.  Once you have created an account, please register your student under CROSSGATE CHURCH and make sure to select the correct camp. [Students who have completed 7th-8th grade, select JV camp.  Students who have completed 9th-12th grade, select SS camp.]
  3. Once you have registered for Super Summer you will receive an email from Crossgate confirming your registration, and will receive a link to make your $75 deposit*.

*Deposits CANNOT be earned with fundraisers or scholarships.  Once registered on the Super Summer website, you/your student are immediately responsible for the deposit and the FULL COST of that camp slot. Deposits are not refundable or transferable.  See cancelation policy below.

Cancellation Fees

February – April 30 (Early Cancellation)
$75 cancellation fee assessed for any camper cancelling during this time period.
May 1 – May 31 (Late Cancellation)
$100 cancellation fee assessed for any camper cancelling during this time period.
On/After June 1
No refunds on/after June 1 unless the cancelling camper is replaced by a new camper. If replaced, the cancellation fee is $100. Due to costs incurred at this point, exceptions are extremely limited.

OTHER FEES

There are a few other scenarios where you may be responsible for additional charges.

  • Lost Key Fee: $25
  • Lost Swipe Card Fee: $25
  • Lost Nametag: $5
