Camp Pastor-Colby Crow

Colby Crow has served as a pastor at Conway’s First Baptist church for 15 years.  He has been married to Damitra for 21 years and they have two kids. He loves sports and anything outdoors. Colby has a passion for God’s word and seeing the next generation read it and apply it to their lives! 

Worship Leader- Bailey Byers

Bailey started leading worship 12 years ago, after being called to ministry at a youth summer camp. Passionate about pointing people to Jesus through music and Scripture, he has spent the last six years traveling and leading worship at student and college events around Oklahoma and surrounding states. In 2020, Bailey moved from Oklahoma to central Arkansas to serve at Second Baptist Conway as one of their worship ministers.
