Proposed 2024-2025 Budget

Crossgate family,

Each year Crossgate members have the privilege of voting on the upcoming fiscal year’s budget, and I wanted to share with you the many opportunities for you to engage in this process, culminating with a voting deadline of Sunday, September 22. Click HERE to view the proposed 2024-2025 budget online.

• Sunday, September 15 – There will be a time of Q&A in the Conference Room on the upper level from 12:15 – 1:15 pm.
• Wednesday, September 18 – This is the second Q&A that we will be offering for this proposed budget. We will meet in the Conference Room on the upper level from 5:30 – 6:30 pm.
• Thursday, September 19 – On Thursday, September 19, a link will be emailed to members via ACS Realm. By clicking the link and following the instructions, Crossgate members will be able to vote for the 2024-2025 proposed budget digitally. For those who prefer paper ballots or to cast a vote in person, ballots will be made available at a designated table in the Crossgate mall area from 10:30 – 11:00 am and 12:00 – 12:30 pm on Sunday, September 22. Anyone needing other arrangements should contact the Business Office at (501) 262-9779 or by email by clicking HERE.
• Sunday, September 22 – Those who prefer to vote via a paper ballot will have this opportunity at a designated table in the Crossgate mall area from 10:30 – 11:00 am and 12:00 – 12:30 pm. The online ballot will also close at 12:30 pm; all votes must be cast by that time.
• Tuesday, September 24 – The voting results will be announced on Crossgate’s 411 newsletter. To sign up for 411, please click HERE.
