Adults desiring to serve at Passion 2026 must apply through Passion. Crossgate Church does not have any input in the application process, who gets approved, or what department an individual works in. Adults who are approved by Passion to be door holders do not need to pay for cost of admission, but will need to make seperate hotel arrangements.
Requirements to serve…
- Must be 25 years or over to serve.
- Must be available to serve for the entire gathering—beginning with mandatory Door Holder meeting on January 1 and serving through Load-Out on January 3.
- Travel, lodging, and other expenses are the responsibility of each Door Holder.
- Please note that most Door Holder positions require the ability to stand or walk for 3-4 hours at a time while serving.
- Our group is staying at Homewood Suites by Hilton Grand Prairie at EpicCentral, Jan. 1-4, 2026. If approved by Passion, Door Holders must secure their own room.
